I get a new car and need to scrap my old car, I found Joe through a Google search, he give me a good price, better than most of what I get from Kijiji. And though I have more than one time delay my arrangement to have the car towed due to some reasons, Joe always response quickly and patiently. And for the final deal, he give me all I need for a piece of mind, and that surely worth the a few more bucks you may get from other not so reliable 'dealer'.

They only take whole cars, they don’t take scrap cars. I have a shell with nothing just a scrap car and they said they don’t take it.

We made an agreement on Kijiji to sell my dad's jeep for $850 AS IS. When he arrived to my elderly dad's house he didn't stick to agreed price and ripped my dad off by offering $735. My dad didn't know I had other offers for the car for more. Do not trust these guys as the price will change. They are in the business of taking advantage of you to make $100 from an unemployed elderly man

Offered one price over email I filled out quote online with all details. the tow guy comes over waste half hour going around under the car for scrap car as if he is buying the car offers another price stay away from this place

You guys say up to 5000 on your website for "SCRAP CARs" then i receive a quote for 250$. lol i have a minivan, like how big it suppose to be? you are looking for scrap cars and asking about kms on it ? are you buying cheap and reselling ?

Found 3 competitors that offered me twice what this company quoted. Don't get taken advantage of by people that assume you don't know how much your scrap car is worth!

These guys have 3 different websites with different names and phone numbers , playing a big game to rip the people off . Eveytime I called , same guy answer the phone ,he gave me a different price and all of the prices were low like hell Shame on you

The quote he gave me was $300 but when i met him in person he changed his price down to 150 coz according to him it will be hard for him to remove the car from the parking lot coz one of the rear tires was depleted.It was my first time doing something like this so i agreed coz i dont wanna waste my time.The funny part is after saying yes to his price the guy pulled out the tire inflator from his truck and problem solved.The old guy is a douchebag.I will never recommend this place to anybody.NEVER! Go to kijiji instead you'll find more places that will give you much better prices for your car.

They're standard price is pretty much $100, but they ask you a bunch of questions about your vehicle to make you feel as though there are different prices and that the quote they give you is the worth of your car. Also, They have an extremely rude person answering the phone. I called in to get a quote today but the guy was speaking so fast and in an accent that was quite hard to understand. He asked me something about the car and I told him that i couldn't understand him. In a very condescending tone he said "if you don't know about your car why are you calling me?" I told him that i couldn't hear him properly, after which he slowed down and repeated his question. I would never do business with this company.

I just called to get an estimate on how much they would give me for my 2003 Elantra. I explained that I had $1250 worth of parts replaced within the past year, and that I had a list of prices and purchase dates of each part. The person that answered phone refused to listen to my list of parts; and instead kept rudely interrupting me to state they will pay no more than $100. Clearly this is an extremely unprofessional service. I would rate it 0/5 stars if that was an option.

Called in to get a quote and was unable to have car removed until another day. Called back in and got a much lower quote. I asked why it went down so much in a few days, got a blunt answer of "because its March now". I understand values fluctuate, but unhappy with the response. Person who answered the phone was rude and brushed me off immediately. Asked if he could come pick up the vehicle same day - was advised to "call back later because I'm busy". Contrary to other reviews, this was terrible service. Would not recommend. Ended up getting my car removed by a competitor who offered the same value, all within one hour of calling.

Location on Holly St does not exist anymore, I called and the guy was very rude, didn't give me a quote and just asked me to come in... Did not mention that the location had moved to Scarborough. Called the next day while looking for the place, was offered the lowest price for my car in comparison to three other places.

If you want the lowest price for your car with the rudest people this place is for you. Offered me $100 eventually got $325 from someone else.
